This is required for all missionary applications

Download form, fill it out completely and send to World Outreach in one of the following ways:

1. Applicants can email their applications to the Recruitment Processor at worldinfo@yfc.net  

2. Fax it to 303-843-9000

3. Mail it to:

Confidential Recommendation
This is required for all missionary and volunteer applicants

  1. Print and distribute to four (4) references.  Missionary Service Volunteers (serving less than a year) need three (3). One reference must be from the pastor of your home church.
  2. Please ask your references to email the completed form directly to the Recruitment Processor at worldinfo@yfc.net.  They can also choose to fax it.  Fax to 303-843-6793.
  3. If you choose to mail these forms to your references, include a pre-addressed, stamped envelope to be returned to the above address.

*Please note that references are to be confidential and should be returned to the World Outreach office directly.
