What is a Missionary Service Volunteer (MSV)?

MSVs serve overseas for less than a year with a YFC program looking for short term volunteers.  MSVs serve in a variety of capacities, whether doing construction, administration, leading Bible studies, teaching sports or mentoring youth. 

MSVs raise funds to support their ministry and receive a daily allowance from these funds to cover living expenses. 

How to Become a MSV?

The process of getting to the field upon receipt of application and references takes a minimum of 3 months. 

1	Call our Recruitment Processor at 303.843.6725 or worldinfo@yfc.net to discuss your interest.
2	Read through the Missionary Service Volunteer Passport.
3	Attach your resume online and then download and fill out the application and three confidential references by clicking on the link--> application and confidential references. Send these items to the Recruitment Processor.
4	World Outreach will interview you over the phone.
5	World Outreach will interview your pastor and references.
6	You'll be invited to come serve with us!
7	Complete your fundraising and turn in final documents
8	Secure release from WO to depart!
9	Serve the Lord!
