Connecting with Youth in  the Community

The Juvenile Justice Ministry connects trained adult volunteers with young people in the institutional facilities, probation programs and social service agencies to help them make positive choices and establish a solid foundation in life. The Juvenile Justice Ministry helps students grow physically, mentally, socially and spiritually.

Programs include:

• Weekly services and chaplaincy at Juvenile Hall, Pathways, Avenues to Change and Kern Crossroads Juvenile Institutions
• Weekly individual and group support at Juvenile Hall and Kern Crossroads
• Big Events in all five Juvenile Facilities
• Life Skills Training Programs
