YFC IS REACHING EVERY YOUNG PERSON, ONE AT A TIME. We know that, even with our best efforts, we will never reach every young person without joining efforts with the church and other like-minded partners.

YFC's greatest resource is people like YOU who remember how hard it is to grow up and who want to help. People who know the difference Jesus can make and who know that deep down every kid longs for love, acceptance, and some way to make sense out of life.

For over 40 years, YFC Lehigh Valley has been about empowering, leading, developing, and sending people into kid's lives. Whether you feel called to full time ministry, volunteering or interning for a summer or a year, YFC Lehigh Valley has opportunities for you.

YFC Lehigh Valley staff members are carefully selected and then prepared. Every full time, paid staff person goes through a rigorous credentialing program that provides a mixture of classroom training, small group work, ministry observation, hands on training, supervision, and independent study of the Bible and theology. Local volunteers go through an application screening and placement process, initial orientation and training, and ongoing support and supervision.
