Craig was introduced to YFC as a college freshman at Grace College of the Bible in Omaha, Nebraska. He volunteered for YFC in Campus Life, then went on staff in North Platte and at the McConnell Youth Ranch Group Home. In 1981 he moved his family to Casper, Wyoming to help Mike Findley pioneer YFC. There he became passionate about working with troubled kids. He became Executive Director in Casper, then State Director for Wyoming, then ran an Intern program for YFC/USA, was a National Field Director, the Local Executive Director for Denver Area YFC, and finally taught Core Curriculum for international young leaders. He tells of training Mexico’s State Directors in a Core Curriculum in Juarez, Mexico.
