Jill went on staff with Denver Area YFC in 1977. She worked in Youth Guidance with troubled girls at Lookout Mountain Home in Golden, Colorado. In 1982 she started working with several girls who were pregnant and had their babies in that facility. That ministry expanded into the community with 13 churches involved, 7 full-time staff and over 250 teen parents. Soon it expanded all over the country and staff and Executive Directors saw so many moms and dads coming to Christ. Lisa Qualls became the first National Teen Parenting Director, and several staff women from around the country met regularly to write a manual and share ideas on how to be more effective. Jill still does this ministry today.
