Mike came to Christ at age 17 in the 70s. His life then fell apart through drinking and drugs. But in 1987 he decided to give his life back to the Lord. He met Scott Arnold and Bob Uhle in Columbus, Ohio and soon was involved in ministering to kids at the local Detention Center, leading as many as 80 per year to the Lord. He talks about troubled youth today and some of the myths about why they are in trouble. The Director of Programming at the Detention Center confided to Mike that the only people who are good at working with delinquent kids are people of faith. Mike then tells about Conrad who spent six years in prison, accepted Christ, was discipled, got married and now leads as many as 2000 youth in his church.
