Ong grew up in a Christian family in Thailand, and he called himself a Christian. But he didn’t truly accept Christ until he was in the 9th grade. They taught him about Jesus and about evangelism. Later he became a YFC volunteer. “Bee,” the assistant director in Thailand YFC, helped him especially know how to do evangelism. After several years the long-standing volunteer National Director, Nitichet, asked him to replace him as National Director. Now Ong says that compared to the huge number of young people in Thailand, YFC is like a small ant, but they are training the Christian young people in outreach and sharing the Gospel. Besides their main office in Bangkok, they have three other offices around the country, but they need many more. They partner with churches to help disciple the new believers since every month they have around 100 youth accept Christ.
