We strategically develop leaders to reach young people from every people group.

  • Exemplify godly lifestyles
  • Model cultural competence
  • Nurture indigenous leadership

”and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”   2 Timothy 2:2

The word empower means to give authority or power to, to give strength and confidence to.  As we begin another school year, this essential is significant to focus on to see God move across an entire school campus.  The empowerment process begins with recruiting, includes training and the ongoing supervision of leaders God places on your team.
Here are a few thoughts to ponder as you strategically strive to empower the adults whom you minister alongside.

  • Pray and Abide in Christ for He empowers us!
  • Focus on teams rather than ‘”stars”.
  • Be a teammate yourself.
  • Develop a framework of trust.
  • Create common objectives.
  • Create a dialoge, inivte other points of view, accept criticism,
and when it comes, don’t take it personally.
  • Never stop talking about teams.

The power of an individual is exponentially greater when he or she empowers others. The ideas are richer, the solutions more varied, and the perspectives much broader.  That partnership —– like linked hands creating a bridge —– is far stronger than any collection of individuals at dealing with problems and reaching lost students everywhere.
