How well do you know your campus? For most of us the answer is probably pretty well. Now ask yourself, how well does my ministry team (adult AND student leaders) reflect my campus? For most of us, the answer might still be pretty well. But if we really want to know the answer to that question, we will need to “Map” our campus to get a clear picture of our effectiveness. Here’s a great exercise for making this happen …

• Make it a point to watch the “Mapping Your Campus” Training Video in our on-line classroom. A link has been provided below for your convenience.
• Set aside a time within the next three weeks to pull your ministry team together – include both adult and student leaders.
• Guide your team through the mapping exercise and discuss what you learn as a team from the experience.
• Develop an action plan for how you can be more effective at reaching the “every” in your campus community.

As you work through this exercise, we pray that your team will grow to reflect the desire Paul for himself when he wrote these words to the Corinthian church - I have become all things to all people so that by all possible means I might save some.  I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings (1 Corinthians 9:22c-23).
