The following resource is to be used as a guideline to help a new ministry site successfully meet the Processes, Standards, and Best Practices. Keep in mind that not all sites are the same and some Processes could be implemented faster and others could potentially take longer.

While we can see successful and healthy ministry in several different ways, focusing on these Processes in this order is recommended as the quickest and most efficient way to accomplish that goal.

Use this document (and included graphic) to get a glimpse into which Processes to focus on at different points throughout your first year. Remember that each of these is a Process that is described in depth on YFC USA’s Knowledge Base* and the goal of these Processes is to help Ministry Leaders build authentic, Christ-sharing relationships with lost 11 to 19-year-olds.
