Part 6 - Dealing with Discipline Issues In Your VIT Program

Our goal in this section is for you to understand the importance of developing a team approach and prayerful patience when you need to discipline urban youth in your leadership development program. This discipline model draws from both clear, written standards for your Volunteers In Training program and group communication between leaders. This process allows God to show the best course of action for a young person through prayer instead of knee jerk reactions or anger.
