A thorough community assessment process will include months of community meetings as well as gathering mountains of data.  A community assessment summary is not a complete report of the community survey process, but it contains the most pertinent information and draws conclusions based upon that information. It can help you organize your findings into a shorter, clean format.  It will help you prioritize data and relationships as well as including your recommendations for launching a relational urban youth ministry program.  Darin Gemmer, a City Life staff from West Pudget Sound YFC, has graciously lent us his Community Assessment Summary that also includes his Community Map that he made on Google Earth.  Follow the instructions to install Google Earth on your computer so you can see Darin's map of his City Life neighborhood.  Great work, Darin!
