Originally from Santa Cruz, CA, Teddi currently resides in Roseville, CA with her husband of 22 years, Chris and her two children Hannah and Nate. Teddi has served on YFC staff in the Greater Sacramento area for 17 years in a variety of roles including Teen Parent Director, Point Break Director, 3Story Master Teacher and Campus Life volunteer. In her free time, Teddi is most easily found at home in the garden or poolside with a book.

PAM and her husband of 36 years, Scott, have 4 children and 3 grandchildren. Throughout her thirty years of being a stay-at-home mom, Pam will tell you that God was developing in her a special compassion for young teenage parents. In 2003, Pam had the opportunity to join the staff at Youth for Christ-Wichita, as the Teen Parents Coordinator. In 2005, Pam completed YFC credentialing and became the Director of the Teen Parents Program there, where she operates a successful model of a grant-funded, Education Focused Ministry. Pam and Scott live in Wichita Kansas.

NANCY has worked professionally with high risk children and families in both the private and public sector for more than 15 years. After coming on staff with West Sound YFC in 2008, God called her into ministry with young parents and she became the director of their Teen Parents Ministry in 2009. Nancy is passionate about seeing lives that are wounded by the pain of our world interact with Christ's transforming love. This passion drives both her work and leadership. Nancy and her husband Chris have one daughter.
