This power point is used to train new staff on the basics of volunteer development for urban ministry. We should be excellent stewards with the people resources that God provides for City Life ministry.
There is also a small amount of information about supervising new staff for those City Life Ministry Directors who are responsible for supervising other City Life paid staff.
